Dr. Roger Levermore is a Professor of Management and International Development at Asian Institute of Technology. His expertise focuses on leveraging strategic social initiatives for global sustainability, development, and policy. Dr. Levermore advises international organizations on using policy and development initiatives to achieve strategic social and economic goals across the ASEAN region.
Chroong Kanjchanapoomi
Chroong Kanjchanapoomi is an esteemed educator and executive, serving as an Adjunct Faculty at the Asian Institute of Technology School of Management. Based in Thailand, Chroong’s expertise aligns with the high-level management, marketing and technology topics taught at AIT, providing a strong regional context.
Xania Wong
JOBDOH is just one of four start-ups run by ambitious entrepreneur Xania Wong, who takes on responsibility for overall business operations, customer acquisition and strategy of all her ventures. She has also successfully started Doc Doc Dash, Open Fintech and Xantana Wine. The prolific entrepreneur gained her professional experience as an investment analyst at Royal Bank of Canada, a management consultant at Bain & Co and a Product/Business Manager at MSCI Inc. Xania is a CFA charter holder and holds an INSEAD MBA.
Capt. Jason Richardson
Jason Richardson is a highly decorated former Royal Australian Air Force fighter pilot, an accomplished operational leader, and author. He logged thousands of flying hours in combat and training roles, commanding air operations and excelling in high-pressure environments. Since retiring, he applies his expertise in high performance leadership, complex strategic planning, and risk management for high performing teams, including Formula 1.

Friska is an author and strategic consultant and change expert focused on digital transformation and culture. She advises global C-suite and executive teams on building organizational resilience. Her work ensures businesses successfully navigate disruption and implement growth strategies across the Asia-Pacific region.
Juliana is a sought after business leadership coach and lecturer. Her journey from portfolio manager to coaching across cultures and countries gives Juliana unique perspectives on business acumen and workplace challenges. Juliana is also an awarded photographer and accomplished yoga instructor.
